I wanted to share a bit of how Chocolate Butterfly came to life—because, believe it or not, I had the name before I even knew what my business would be!

A few years back, I graduated from pharmacy school. It was a huge milestone, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wanted something more. I was craving the freedom to express myself and to build something that truly reflected who I am beyond my career.

Maybe you’ve felt that too—when everything seems “fine,” but deep down, you know there’s more out there waiting for you. That’s exactly where I was.

The Meaning Behind the Name

So, I did something bold. I created a brand name for a business I didn’t even have a plan for yet.

The butterfly in Chocolate Butterfly represents growth and transformation. It’s a constant journey I’m still on—and I think we all are, in our own way. And why “Chocolate”? Because I love my skin! It’s a celebration of my roots, my journey, and all the things that make me, me.

Fast forward to almost 10 years after graduation. I moved to a new country, started my own family, and finally took the leap to launch this business—a dream that’s all about self-expression and creativity.

And here we are. Chocolate Butterfly isn’t just a brand to me; it’s a part of my story, my passion, and my way of connecting with others who value sustainability, creativity, and beautiful, intentional living.
