Shipping And Return Policy

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process in our studio. Your order will be shipped immediately after it is processed.

All shipping costs are 100% non-refundable.

After your order is processed, we also offer pickup from our address provided at checkout to select areas, please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

We accept exchanges on unlit & unused candles of the same price/value/size. Send us an email at hello@chocolatebutterfly.co
  • We package each candle/product with care. If your candle arrives broken, please email hello@chocolatebutterfly.co with a picture of your damaged candle within two (2) days of receiving. Should your package arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
  • In the event of any missing parcels, it's important to note that the responsibility for addressing these issues lies with the shipping carrier, as we lack control over the handling of shipments. Please be mindful that after your order departs our studio, Chocolate Butterfly Co. cannot be held accountable for any delays in transit or damage to the products. Once we hand over packages to the mail carrier, we relinquish control over both transit times and the circumstances of transportation. In cases where your package experiences delays, goes missing, or arrives in a damaged condition, it will be necessary to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
Kindly verify your shipping address, as Chocolate Butterfly Co cannot be held accountable for packages sent to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us due to such issues, we can gladly resend it to a different address, but you'll be responsible for the reshipment shipping costs. Please note that Chocolate Butterfly Co does not cover any shipping charges or fees.
